Refund Policy

Health Program:

1. A deposit of 50% of the selected health program fee for all guests must accompany each application to secure a reservation. We accept direct bank transfers, cheques and cash only. This IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

   

2. It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform Aenon Healthcare via email / phone should there be changes to circumstances that will prevent them from attending their registered health program.

   

3. A health guest may reschedule to attend at a later date (subject to availability) if Aenon Healthcare is informed up to 10 days prior to the registered intake date of the selected health program.

   

4. The deposit will be forfeited if Aenon Healthcare is informed of the reschedule less than 10 days prior to the registered intake date of the selected health program.

   

5. The outstanding balance must be paid at the time of check-in into the registered health program. No installment plans are available.
